Ingredients
  1. 2 cups sunflower seeds
  2. 1 medium onion, chopped
  3. 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  4. 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  5. 1 Tbsp Capers
  6. 1 Tbsp Mustard
  7. 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  8. 200 ml Water
  9. 1 tsp curry powder
  10. 1 tsp Paprika Powder
  11. Fresh Parsley
  12. Oregano, Thyme
  13. pepper / chili
  14. 1/2 medium onion, chopped (optional)
Instructions
  1. Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan for a few minutes, until they are just starting to brown.
  2. Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic and 1/2 tsp salt and saute for 5 to 6 minutes, or until slightly browned.
  3. Buzz the toasted seeds, sauteed onion and garlic together with 100 ml water in a food processor. Blend until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Add all of the other ingredients ( except the 1/2 medium onion) together with 100 ml water and buzz to pate consistency, leaving some texture. Taste and adjust with a few pinches of salt, and more lemon juice/water if needed.
  5. OPTIONAL: Add some chopped raw onion for the crunchy texture.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

(Neribji) Namaz iz sončničnih semen

Ingredients
  1. 2 skodelici sončničnih semen
  2. 1 srednje velika sesekljana čebula
  3. 1 JŽ oljčnega olja
  4. 1 1/2 čž soli
  5. 1 JŽ kaper
  6. 1 JŽ gorčice
  7. 2 JŽ limoninega soka
  8. 200 ml vode
  9. 1 čž soli
  10. 1 čž curry-ja v prahu
  11. 1 čž paprike v prahu
  12. svež Peteršilj
  13. Origano, timijan
  14. paprika / čili
DODATEK
  1. 1/2 srednje velike sveže sesekljane čebule (neobvezno)
Instructions
  1. V suhi ponvi blago prepražimo sončnična semena, nato jih damo na stran.
  2. Segrejemo olivno olje, dodamo sesekljano čebulo, česen in 1/2 žličke soli. Vse skupaj prepražimo, dokler rahlo ne porjavi.
  3. Vse naštete sestavine (razen 1/2 srednje velike sveže sesekljane čebule) dobro zmešamo v mešalniku.
  4. Po potrebi dodamo vodo in po okusu dodatno solimo ali začinimo.
  5. Za hrustljavo strukturo lahko na koncu dodamo še 1/2 srednje velike sveže sesekljane čebule.
  6. Postrežemo in uživamo v prepletanju odličnih sestavin in okusov.
