Redcurrants Super Breakfast Bowl

  1. 1 cup frozen banana
  2. 1 cup fresh redcurrants
  3. 1 tbsp ground chia seeds
  4. 1/2 cup oatmeal
  5. 1 tablespoon finely chopped dark chocolate
  6. 1/2 cup coconut milk
  7. toppings: fresh berries, coconut, nuts and seeds
  1. Blend all ingredients (with the exception of toppings) in a food processor, pour into a cup and decorate with berries and seeds. Bon Appetit!
